About
A vision rooted in purpose and grown through partnership. What began as a dream to support and empower underserved farming communities in the Philippines is now taking shape. At Bangon, our goal is to equip farmers with training, tools, and access to both domestic and international markets, while reinvesting net proceeds into community development and support for local churches.

ERF Christian Ministries
At the heart of this mission is our key partner, ERF Christian Ministries — a network of five churches in Oriental Mindoro, founded by Edilberto and Rosita Fernandez in 1996. Nearly 30 years later, these churches continue to faithfully serve and uplift their communities through spiritual leadership and outreach.
Our Farmers
Meet the team
Mangyan is a collective term for the indigenous groups living in the mountains of Mindoro Island, including the Iraya, Alangan, Tawbuid, Buhid, Hanunuo, and Ratagnon. Farming has long been part of their heritage, with coffee holding a special place in their history. Our hope is to empower the Mangyan with resources to revitalize local farming for future generations.
